At Ink + Ivory, we like to keep things simple. That’s why we offer ONE thoughtful package designed to cover everything you need on your wedding day. With the full attention of TWO dedicated coordinators, we can handle all of the details and you can focus on celebrating.
Why two Coordinators?
With us, you get two coordinators for the price of one. We find having two of us is imperative for a smooth wedding day. For example, before the processional, one of us can be with the bridal party while the other is overseeing the little details, making sure guests are seated, and updating vendors to ensure the ceremony starts seamlessly and on time.
What We Do For You:
✧Timeline Management✧
We create a timeline sheet prior to the big day to make sure everyone is on the same page - this sheet includes the master timeline, vendor arrival times, and everyone’s contact info. On the wedding day, we’re the point-of-contact for vendors, guests and anyone with questions. Things always shift a little in real time and we handle those adjustments so you (and your family) never feel the stress.
✧Rehearsal Support✧
Rehearsals can get lively as friends and family reunite. We step in to lead, organize, and guide everyone on where they are supposed to be so your ceremony flows flawlessly.
✧Direct Vendors✧
The average wedding has at least five vendors who need direction and timing coordination. We make sure every vendor knows exactly where they need to be and when, so no one has to come looking for you while you’re getting ready.
✧Decor & Details✧
We bring your vision to life by setting up all the personal touches that make your wedding unique. From place settings for 20 guests or 200, to signage, arbor décor, guestbook tables, and even the photo booth, we’re there in the morning making sure every detail is styled just the way you imagined. And when our day is done we make sure your gifts, cards, and personal belongings are tucked away in a safe spot.
✧Meetings✧
Our first meeting is a chance to get to know each other and make sure we’re the right fit for your wedding day. Then, about 1–2 weeks before your wedding, we’ll meet again to review the timeline and décor details. That way, we head into the wedding day fully prepared, excited, and ready to set up and direct every detail seamlessly. If needed, we’re happy to schedule a video chat between those meetings to go over any questions or updates.
